You can also save a heap of cash if you make your purchases online instead of in store. Many manufacturers will have special online-only discounts and deals so it is better to shop around prior to making a decision. Not only will you save on petrol but also you can shop direct in the price bracket that you can afford.
 If you are sure you would like brand spanking new furniture, it does not mean it has to cost the earth. Try and avoid getting sucked into purchasing from a large chain store in a ‘no financing’ sale, or you may find you are still making payments on an old and knackered couch years once you’ve bought it.
