Green tea is a great natural substance – not only is it full of antioxidants that help slow down ageing, it also helps to boost the body’s metabolic rate ensuring that your body is burning fat as fuel more efficiently. Certain products help to promote water rather than fat loss. Ingredients such as dandelion and nettle are diuretics and help with water retention and get rid of bloating. They cannot get rid of fat. If you need help suppressing a large appetite, i do recommend that you drink fennel tea. It has a lovely mild taste and not only does it help settle a windy or bloated tummy, but it acts a natural appetite suppressant. Be careful with other herbs though – just because something says it is natural doesn’t mean that it is good for you. Check out the label carefully – look at the contraindications and also precautions. A combination of healthy eating, working out and some good supplements can tip you over the edge when it comes to fat loss and push the chances of it increasing fat loss quite rapidly. Don’t be fooled by online fat loss product reviews – look at independent trials and reviews on these products by typing it into Google and then adding ‘reviews’ on the end to get real reviews.
